Warranty conditions

UAB Vairoma (hereinafter referred to as the Contractor) applies warranty service for the restoration work of steering system assemblies (hereinafter referred to as the Assembly):

For hydraulic steering columns – 24 months;

For mechanical steering columns – 12 months;

For hydraulic power steering pumps – 12 months;

For electric steering columns – 12 months.

Warranty service does not apply in the following cases:

If the Assembly was operated without following the manufacturer's instructions and recommendations.

If the protective rubbers of the Assembly are damaged or water or dirt has entered them.

If the Assembly or its part is mechanically damaged or there are signs of dismantling not by the Contractor.

If the Node has been used in extreme conditions.

If the client has not fully settled with the Contractor.

If the defect was not reported within 14 days of its occurrence.

If the customer submitted a dismantled Unit, for which the warranty does not cover additional costs.

Warranty service conditions and limitations:

The warranty is valid only for directly performed work and supplied parts.

The contractor's liability is limited only to the repair or replacement of the work performed.

The warranty is calculated from the date of return of the Unit to the customer or the date of invoice.

Warranty service procedure:

The customer must submit a claim with a copy of the invoice and other documents.

2. The customer must allow the Unit to be inspected before deciding on the application of the warranty.

3.Claims must be submitted within 14 days of noticing the defect.

4. The Contractor may conduct an independent inspection of the Unit if there are doubts about the nature of the defect.

Manufacturers' recommendations for the maintenance of protective rubbers:

Rubbers must be inspected regularly, at least every 6 months, to detect signs of wear. If the rubbers are not replaced, additional failures of the unit may occur, which will not be covered by the warranty. After a full restoration, Vairoma offers two free preventive inspections after 1 and 2 years.

UAB Vairoma does not assume responsibility for cracks in the rubbers through the molding seams if they have not been regularly replaced according to the recommendations.
