Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Sale

1. General Provisions
1.1. These terms and conditions define the rules of purchase and sale of goods between UAB “Vairoma” (address: Vandžiogalos pl. 106B, Domeikava village, LT-54358 Kaunas district, email: info@vairoma.lt, hereinafter – the Seller) and the buyer (hereinafter – the Buyer), who purchases goods or services through the website or via direct contact.
1.2. By placing an order or purchasing goods from the Seller, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
1.3. The Seller reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms come into force from the date of publication and apply to all transactions concluded after their publication.

2. Product Range and Condition
2.1. UAB “Vairoma” sells:

  • New car parts;

  • Used and tested parts;

  • Refurbished components (e.g., steering racks) and their parts.

2.2. The condition of the goods (new, used, refurbished) is clearly stated in each product description or agreed individually if the order is not placed through the website.
2.3. Refurbished goods meet technical requirements but may show visual signs of previous use that do not affect their functionality.

3. Ordering and Payment
3.1. Goods can be ordered:

  • Through the website (if available);

  • By phone or email – by contacting the Seller directly.

3.2. An order is considered valid only when:

  • All technical specifications are agreed upon;

  • The Buyer provides accurate contact information;

  • An advance payment is received (if applicable).

3.3. Payment methods:

  • Bank transfer based on a proforma invoice;

  • Cash or card upon pickup (if applicable).

3.4. Production, refurbishment, or shipping begins only after payment is received, unless agreed otherwise.

4. Pickup and Delivery
4.1. Goods can be:

  • Collected directly at Vandžiogalos pl. 106B, Domeikava village, Kaunas district;

  • Delivered via courier services or as otherwise agreed.

4.2. Delivery costs are agreed individually, depending on package weight, location, and chosen method.
4.3. The Buyer must inspect the shipment upon receipt. If any damage or discrepancies are noticed, the Seller must be informed immediately.

5. Returns
5.1. According to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, only new and unused items may be returned if:

  • They were not used or installed;

  • They are undamaged, unopened, and in original packaging;

  • The return is made within 14 calendar days from receipt.

5.2. Returns are not accepted for:

  • Refurbished parts that were used or installed;

  • Special-order or modified items;

  • Parts damaged due to improper installation.

5.3. Return costs are covered by the Buyer unless the item was defective or delivered incorrectly.

6. Warranty and Liability
6.1. New products carry the manufacturer’s warranty (if specified). Refurbished steering racks carry a 6-month warranty from UAB “Vairoma”, unless stated otherwise.
6.2. The warranty does not apply if:

  • The product was installed unprofessionally;

  • Seals, construction, or specifications were altered;

  • Improper operating conditions were used (e.g., poor-quality power steering fluid).

6.3. The Seller is not liable for damage resulting from the buyer’s fault, incorrect installation, or transport.

7. Data Protection
7.1. The Buyer’s personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy provided on the website or in compliance with GDPR regulations.

8. Final Provisions
8.1. All disputes are resolved through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, the laws of the Republic of Lithuania shall apply.
8.2. These rules are effective from [insert date] and apply to all transactions from that date.
